Grand Design is currently sourcing for an SRT Coordinator. As an SRT Coordinator, you will support the work of our mobile technicians to ensure they are able to service customers appropriately.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Create and update work orders for the mobile technicians
Check VIN numbers for recalls, emergency, and safety concerns within the cases for mobile technicians
Order and ship parts to the mobile technicians
Replace parts in trailers that were used when trucks returns to home base
Receive and inspect parts for accuracy that have been ordered for the mobile technicians
Review logs for compliance for the mobile technicians
Coordinate with travel agent to secure flight and hotel stays
Coordinate mobile technicians with rally's for representation
Maintain calendar in X Drive
Add cases to unit file of work completed or where the unit has been reviewed
Keep spreadsheet of units and work orders for mobile support, noting all work
Assist with the Service Shop Parts Advisors responsibilities as needed
Assist with ordering parts
Check incoming rack for parts for incoming units
Send ready to bill sales orders to parts warehouse for billing
Skills and Qualifications
Basic computer skills
Parts experience a plus
Minimum of 2 years in the RV industry
High School Diploma
