As a QC Technician, you’ll help ensure our homes meet top‑tier quality standards before they’re handed over to new owners. You’ll get to work with mechanical, electrical, structural, and finish trades while building real‑world skills that set you up for long‑term success in the industry.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections on new homes and verify they meet company standards
Serve as the “fresh set of eyes” before homeowner orientations, ensuring every detail is ready
Work independently and take ownership of your daily tasks
Collaborate with several departments to help deliver an exceptional final product
Job Requirements & Skills
0–5 years of experience (construction experience is great but not required)
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Someone proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required
Comfortable being on your feet and lifting 15+ lbs when needed
Willingness to travel frequently between job sites ( Compensation
