Job Description Summary Drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor‑trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required, and act appropriately if action is needed. Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints, including service interruptions, immediately to a supervisor. Complete and submit reports as required by DOT and/or Airgas company policy.
Drive tractor‑trailer to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and address maintenance needs.
Report accidents, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints immediately.
Complete required DOT and company reports.

Required Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
3+ years of experience as a driver of tractor‑trailer vehicles
Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; two years of technical college or military technical experience
Preferred: 3 years of Haz‑Mat or Tanker experience
Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases, preferred
