As an
Inventory Control Specialist , you’ll play a key role in our warehouse operations with a high level of independence. You’ll manage perpetual inventory, complete cycle counts, monitor product dating, perform recall checks, and process customer returns—all while working independently to meet daily goals.
You’ll also utilize
state‑of‑the‑art Cubiscan technology
to process new product entries, helping maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across our distribution network. Your attention to detail and ownership of your work will have a direct, lasting impact on our success.

Position Summary Provides support for the warehouse by perpetual inventory through cycle counting, dating, recall checks, processing customer returns, cubiscanning new product, and other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Essential Job Functions
Cycle Counting
Count Pick Slots
Account for product and dates on product, daily
Identify Recalls and inform appropriate personnel
Respond to Buyer’s inquiries about product
Handle any returned items
Cubiscanning
Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of warehouse Inventory Control duties
Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel
Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine
Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
Ability to communicate with customers, co‑workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Education And Experience
Excellent math skills
Inventory Control experience a plus
Schedule Monday – Friday
Hours 7am – 3:30pm
