The
Maintenance Technician
is focused on troubleshooting equipment, determining appropriate repairs and part replacement, and maintaining machinery and equipment, reporting to the Maintenance Leadership.

Job Responsibilities Include
Safely Transport Equipment: Move motors, pumps, welding tools, and other heavy equipment throughout the plant to support maintenance and repair operations.
Timely Equipment Repairs : Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is repaired promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.
Adhere to Safety Protocols : Perform all tasks in strict compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safety‑first mindset.
Maintain Reliable Attendance : Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance to support consistent maintenance coverage and team reliability.
Support Preventive Maintenance : Participate in complex preventive maintenance (PM) programs to keep machinery and systems running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
Technical Expertise : Strong mechanical and electrical experience, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Advanced Troubleshooting Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with sensors, starters, relays, and electrical systems ranging from 12 VDC to 480 VAC.
Systems Knowledge : Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
Fabrication & Welding Ability : Skilled in fabrication and welding tasks as needed for equipment maintenance and repair.
Computer Proficiency : Comfortable using computers and digital tools to support maintenance tracking, diagnostics, and documentation.
