$25 - $35 hourly *Dependent on job stability and years of experience listed on resume* Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Earthwork Equipment Operator to join our grading and site development team. This role is ideal for an operator with at least 5 years of experience operating scrapers, dozers, blades, and gannons on large-scale dirt and grading projects. Candidates must have a strong understanding of rough and fine grading, soil types, and safe operating practices. Key Responsibilities
Scrapers for mass excavation and hauling. Dozers for push-loading, grading, and slope work. Motor graders (blades) for fine grading and road preparation. Gannon tractors for finish work, pad prep, and light grading. Perform rough and finish grading for pads, roads, and other site features according to stakes or GPS. Read and interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and cut/fill maps. Collaborate with grade checkers and foremen to ensure accurate grading and productivity. Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance to keep machines in safe operating condition. Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific protocols. What We Offer
