Bobcat of the Rockies is a full‑service Bobcat dealership. We sell and rent new and used Bobcat compact equipment. Our dealerships also provide parts, in‑house service, field service, and construction and building materials. With eleven strategically positioned locations across the Front Range, we are continuously evolving to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers. Rental Sales Coordinator – Windsor, CO $21–27 per hour depending on experience, plus commission.

Responsibilities

Assist with all rental needs and inquiries to include walk‑ins, phone calls, and emails.

Generate new customer leads, including occasional cold calling.

Open, close, and manage all rental contracts.

Maintain displays on the sales floor.

Operate within all rental policies and procedures of the company.

Prepare equipment which includes washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.

Load and unload equipment, provide instructions on basic operation, check for damage on returns, document condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.

Assist customers and help with all departments of the store.

Sweep and clean, including yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal.

Always operate in and maintain a safe work environment; obey safety rules and wear required safety PPE.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Excel in a high‑volume fast‑paced environment.

Creative problem solver.

Excellent customer relations skills.

Good computer and systems knowledge.

Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Valid driver’s license in good standing is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines including a computer, printer, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a repetitive basis.

Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.

Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise.

Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50–100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20–50 pounds and/or continuously lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10–20 pounds.

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
