Early Career Systems Engineer – Specialty Engineering Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full time Early Career Systems Engineer for the Specialty Engineering team. In this role you will perform duties which incorporate the analysis of technical and obsolescence data such as Bills of Material (BOM), inventory management to identify potential impacts to a program. Review and disposition DMS Supplier Data Requirement Lists (SDRLs), and develop, coordinate, and support the presentation of DMS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to the program Customer. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of project management, electrical engineering, basic coding.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline from an accredited university.

Experience and/or technical skills with systems engineering processes.

Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills

Experience with project management.

Experience with systems engineering processes.

Experience in working with relational databases and using VBA and SQL.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
