Description We are seeking a Project Architect with strong front‑end, conceptual design expertise. Someone who loves shaping early ideas, developing compelling concepts, and guiding design through the creative process. In this role, the Architect will lead architectural design from concept through schematic development and beyond, collaborating across disciplines to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality buildings. What You’ll Do
Lead conceptual and schematic design for commercial, institutional, and community‑focused building projects
Serve as the design champion and main client‑facing designer during early project phases
Use Revit and Enscape to produce design studies, renderings, and immersive 3D presentations
Collaborate closely with internal MEP and structural teams to ensure coordinated design solutions
Oversee development of construction documents to maintain design intent and quality
Partner with the Project Manager to align design with scope, budget, and schedule
Participate in in‑person meetings, presentations, client workshops, and design reviews
Provide production/drafting support as needed
Who We’re Looking For
A front‑end architectural designer with a strong portfolio of commercial or institutional work
Highly proficient in Revit and Enscape
Able to translate client aspirations into functional, creative, and visually compelling solutions
Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and presenting design ideas clearly
Licensed Architect (AIA) preferred, or on a path to licensure
Qualifications
Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture
5+ years of professional design experience
Strong design portfolio required (submit with application)
Skilled in Revit, Enscape, and visual communication
Able to discussions, client meetings, and design presentations
