We’re looking for a

Systems Integration & Test Engineer III

to bring mission‑critical systems to life. You’ll lead the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems, shaping solutions that protect millions and define the future of missile defense. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact opportunity to see your work move from lab to deployment. What You’ll Do

Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action. Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity. Coordinate day‑to‑day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners. Drive troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis during integration cycles. Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided). Uphold Lockheed Martin’s gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Interim Secret Clearance required before start Experience or willingness to learn AIT operations Experience or willingness to write and execute test procedures in ATLO or production environments Confidence in presenting to executives and high‑level customers Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce technical documents, test plans, procedures, and reports Desired Skills

Prior certification as Certified Test Conductor or Principal Engineer Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs Familiarity with missile systems testing in production/operations Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications Background in manufacturing or test engineering Experience on multi‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams Proficiency with LM Space Systems tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or equivalents Hands‑on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, power supplies) Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers, leadership, and teammates Security Clearance Statement

Onsite Full‑time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position
