Join our Employee Health team where you will oversee employee health onboarding requirements and maintain current employee health files. Employee Health monitors annual PPD's, vaccines, respirator fittings, tracks work related illnesses, injury and blood borne pathogen exposures.
How you’ll contribute
Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
Other duties as requested

Harris Regional Hospital is an 86‑bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Western North Carolina community for over 90 years. We are proud to offer five major service lines, including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women’s care, and emergency medicine, as well as many other areas of subspecialty care.
What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current RN or LPN licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional requirements include:
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Associates Degree required.
One year of experience preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
