This role is ideal for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop talent, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong results. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and dealership-wide sales goals Develop and execute sales strategies that drive performance, profitability, and growth Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay competitive Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making Deliver ongoing training focused on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience Ensure consistent execution of Capital’s sales standards and processes Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture built on accountability and teamwork Perform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive sales; sales management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to drive performance A hands‑on leader who can inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment Must successfully pass pre‑employment background screenings What We Offer:
