$30-33/hour DOE

What You’ll Do
Develop, coordinate, and manage daily, weekly, and long‑term maintenance schedules
Plan and schedule maintenance activities using CMMS/EAM and ERP systems (Maximo preferred, SAP MES a plus)
Adjust schedules to accommodate changing priorities, urgent work, and resource availability
Create, review, and prioritize work orders, ensuring accuracy for labor, parts, tools, and materials
Lead planning and scheduling meetings with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
Manage spare parts and materials inventory, including procurement and vendor coordination
Submit factory impact requests and communicate upcoming maintenance activities to operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards, client requirements, and industry regulations
Analyze maintenance and asset performance data using BI tools to support continuous improvement
Support initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize workforce and asset utilization
Contribute to sustainability efforts through energy‑efficient and waste‑reducing maintenance strategies

Must-Haves
Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective)
Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo strongly preferred)
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP MES desirable)
Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and asset data
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Degree, diploma, or technical certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Facilities, or related field
Trade background (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation)
Formal training in maintenance planning and scheduling methodologies
Experience managing spare parts inventories and working with vendors
