In addition, we are committed to you, and your career advancement and we will provide you the opportunity to be successful.# **POSITION PROFILE:**Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by Chief Engineer# **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:*** Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by Chief Engineer* Monitor, control and report on the energy conservation programs.* Responsible for all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems.* Maintain all motors and control circuits.* Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling.* Purchase equipment and supplies. Maintain pars.* Maintain audio systems within the hotel.* Perform the duties of a Class II or III Engineer as needed.* Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments.#INDdtstaug# **DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:****Education:** High school education or equivalent experience.**Experience:** Experience required by position is from one to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).**Skills and Abilities:** Requires working knowledge of Housekeeping and the hotel's services, policies and operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
