We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** with 5+ years of experience to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management** in complex projects.**Must-Have Skills:*** Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium to large-scale projects* Strong skills in **requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis*** Experience with **UML, BPMN, or other process modeling techniques*** Ability to work with **stakeholders across business and technical teams*** Strong knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies*** Hands-on experience with tools like:
+ **Jira** / **Confluence**
+ **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
