Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and AI tools within the Microsoft ecosystem to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy innovative software applications that leverage the Microsoft development stack, Microsoft 365 platform, and AI capabilities such as Azure AI Services, and Azure AI Foundry experiences to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design efficient and scalable software solutions.

Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps, as well as Power Automate for workflow automation and Dataverse for secure data storage and management.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality software applications using Microsoft development tools and technologies (specific technologies will depend on the project needs) (e.g., Power Apps, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Azure, SQL Server).

Integrate Microsoft AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot) to create intelligent features and automation in applications.

Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.

Integrate with existing systems and APIs using Microsoft integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).

Deploy applications to production environments and monitor performance to ensure stability and scalability.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Microsoft development tools, AI technologies, and Microsoft 365 platform functionalities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Proficiency in Power Apps, C# and experience with ASP.NET MVC for web development.

Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure (a plus).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Microsoft Power Platform, AI and 365 Development Skills

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven apps), Power Automate for workflow orchestration, Dataverse for managing and securing business data, and Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft AI tools including AI Foundry, AI Search, Cognitive Services, OpenAI Service.

In‑depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and its core services (e.g., SharePoint Online, Power BI, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook).

Experience working with the Microsoft Graph API to access and manipulate data within Microsoft 365.

Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building custom extensions and solutions for SharePoint Online and Teams.

Understanding of Microsoft identity platform (Azure Active Directory) for secure access control within applications.

(Optional) Experience developing Office Add‑ins to extend the functionalities of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
