Overview We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role focuses on creating custom business applications, automating workflows and optimizing processes, and integrating systems to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design and build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces ensuring optimal performance tailored to specific business needs. Applications could range from simple solutions to complex, enterprise-level applications.

Workflow Automation

Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).

Integrate flows with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party systems.

System Integration

Configure connectors and APIs to integrate apps, data, services, systems and devices with Power Platform.

Work with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint and other data sources for seamless data operations.

Governance & Best Practices

Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices for solution deployment.

Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

Support & Documentation

Troubleshoot and maintain existing apps and flows.

Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field.

Three or more years of experience developing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Dataverse.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 integration.

Strong understanding of data governance, workflow design, conditional logic, error handling.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and Copilot Studio.

Familiarity with RPA, AI Builder, and governance tools like CoE Toolkit.

Soft Skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Effective communication for translating business needs into technical solutions.
