Collaborate closely with physicians, CNAs, pharmacists, case managers, and telemetry technicians to ensure seamless care transitions.
Interpret electrocardiography accurately, plan timely discharges, and provide thorough patient and family education.
Apply evidence‑based practices, document meticulously, and advocate for safe, efficient care.
Refine critical thinking under supportive supervision while exposed to complex cases and evolving treatment modalities.
Participate in professional development pathways and advance within the Med‑Surg Tele discipline.
Compensation Weekly pay range:
$2,086 to $2,212 , reflecting skills, shift patterns, and location dynamics. Final compensation and any guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
