Overview ITC Defense is searching for an Engineer specializing in Electrical and Electronics in support of the Child Youth Program (CYP) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Life Cycle Support Contract.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment, including broadcast and communications systems, electric motors, machinery controls, lighting, and wiring in buildings, automobiles, aircraft, radar and navigation systems, and transmission devices used by electric utilities.
Electrical and electronics engineers work closely with computers.
Specializes in areas such as power generation, transmission, distribution, communications, and electrical equipment manufacturing.
Design new products, write performance requirements, and develop maintenance schedules. Conduct equipment tests, solve operating problems, and estimate the time and cost of engineering projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
3 years of professional experience.
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Security Clearance is not required but is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fluid environment with regard to changing priorities and taskings.
Strong communication skills with team members and senior government or company leaders.
