Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting to the Operations Manager and SVP of Operations, this role is responsible for overall project performance, including
P&L, scheduling, contract administration, and client relationships .
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of project financials, schedule, contracts, and client coordination
Lead and staff field teams in collaboration with department heads
Manage prime contracts, procurement, subcontract administration, and closeout
Oversee document control, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
Direct on-site construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Manage project financials, subcontractor performance, and overall schedule
Qualifications
Experience managing
3+ construction projects valued at $50M+
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with
10+ years
of construction management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with
MS Office, Bluebeam, P6, Prolog , or similar tools
Federal government project experience preferred
PE, EIT, PMP, or similar certifications a plus
Willingness to
travel and relocate
to project sites
