City: Bellevue, WA
WHO THEY ARE: Located just north of downtown Bellevue, Washington, we are conveniently situated for shopping, dining, transit, and major employment centers, offering easy access to I-405, I-90, and Highway 520. We provide a smaller apartment community within a big city with a neighborhood feel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage the operations of a mid‑sized apartment complex.
Market properties to prospective residents, conduct tours, and process applications.
Coordinate move‑in and move‑out with residents, processing lease, security deposit and associated documents.
Manage monthly rent receipts and deposits and related record‑keeping.
Maintain unit and resident records, such as unit availability and lease renewal dates.
Provide customer service to residents and foster positive relationships; arrange for maintenance and other property or lease related issues.
Manage unit vacancies, arranging for maintenance and upkeep necessary for rental to a new resident.
Enforce property rules, follow company procedures.
Ensure properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure properties are clean and maintained, working with on‑site maintenance and external vendors.
Organize office records and processes, ensuring rental records are accurate and up to date.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
$55,000 – $58,000, DOE

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
3 or more years of experience in a similar property management role, or similar role with customer service, bookkeeping and record‑keeping, and property oversight.
Supervisory experience, assigning and reviewing work of others.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
High level of organization.
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
Must be highly organized.
Ability to tell people "No" in a tactful manner, explain alternatives, and manage conflict.
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office: including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn and utilize property management software.
High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
Desire to take ownership of the role and pride in the success of the property and willingness to jump in and take care of things whenever needed.
