JR104109The **Accounting Analyst** supports accurate financial reporting related to reinsurance contracts by managing technical accounting data, cash activity, and reconciliations.This role partners with underwriting, finance, claims, and actuarial teams to ensure accuracy across premium, claims, commission, and reinsurance accounting.### **Your Impact:*** Prepare, analyze, and reconcile premium, loss, and commission transactions for proportional and excess-of-loss treaties* Process broker settlements, bordereaux, and reinsurance statements of account* Maintain accurate records in Duck Creek Reinsurance and our systems* Review ceding statements for accuracy, contract compliance, and proper cash settlement* Resolve discrepancies and investigate variances in technical accounting data. Ensure timely processing and payment of outgoing reinsurance claims* Support contract setup, monitoring, and performance analysis. Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and audit requests* Provide data and ad-hoc analysis to finance, actuarial, claims, and operations teams### **Successful Candidates Will Have:*** Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field* 3+ years of technical accounting experience in insurance or reinsurance* Knowledge of accounting principles and reinsurance operations* Experience with Duck Creek or similar insurance/reinsurance systems* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesOne80 Intermediaries is part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform that offers deep specialization, scale, and innovation across wholesale brokerage, program administration, and specialty insurance.
