Schedule: Full-Time, Collaborative Team Model
Join a nationally recognized neonatology team in Las Vegas as a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) . You ll be part of a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60, managing some of the most critically ill and premature infants in the region. This high-acuity role is ideal for NNPs seeking to work in a progressive, multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced neonatal therapies and subspecialist collaboration.

Neonatal ECMO
Jet & high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
Whole-body cooling for HIE
Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
Work within a full pediatric ecosystem including PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER
Collaborate with cardiovascular surgery and full pediatric subspecialty support
Average NICU census: 60 patients
Board Certified NNP (NNP-BC) REQUIRED
Nevada License or Willingness to Obtain REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/license history Highly Preferred
