Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Duration: 1 Year
- Schedule: On-site, all shifts are 6a-6p and 6p-6a
- Call Coverage: No call
- Weekends and Nights: Included
- Cover multiple sites
Clinical Details:
- Number of Beds: 18
- Daily Admissions: 10% at FSEDs, 20% at main campus
- Consults: Multiple per day
- Trauma Center: Level IV; FSEDs are not
- Case Acuity: High acuity cases
- Required Procedures: Intubations, central line placement, ultrasound utilization, OB delivery, dislocation reductions, chest tube placement, trauma management, laceration repair
- Support Staff: APP coverage at each site
- APP Coverage: 9-24 hrs/day
- Average Patient Census: 80 per day
- Common Cases: Variety of Emergency Medicine cases
- EM Physicians per Shift: 1 EM per shift at all sites except one
Requirements:
- Case Logs: Required
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in ABEM for main campus
- ABFM or ABIM with at least 2 years of ED experience or Emergency Medicine fellowship for FSEDs
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
- Active TX license
