Customer Service Representative (Transportation Trucking) Company : W3Global

Job Description We are looking to bring in an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast‑growing company. The CSR will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, while emphasizing skills such as communication, problem‑solving, and empathy. Must have experience working for a transportation trucking and/or warehouse company.

Duties

Answer emails regarding orders and container status

Manage more than one account

Understand SOP for each project

Resolve day‑to‑day issues and customer concerns

Communicate daily and constantly with customers

Communicate with drivers on ETAs for delivery to be reported to the customer

Receive documentation of inbound containers

Prepare Bill of Lading (BOL) and tally sheets

Create BOLs for next day pickup or delivery arranging with the carrier

Print and prepare packing list and pallet labels

Assist and receive all bonded documents for bonded warehouse

Receive and print orders, tally sheets, pallet labels for bonded shipments following compliance procedures

Update 3PL with inbound tally sheets and outbound orders

Set up appointments for customer drop‑off or pickup

Confirm all deliveries and confirm with the customer

Verify that containers are available to be received

Create receipts on 3PL orders

Take pictures and upload images and documents on 3PL when needed

Run inventory reports to some customers every 15th and 30th of the month

Provide tracking report as needed to customer daily by the end of the day

Inbound/Outbound reports to customers as needed

Schedule outbound upon customer request

Work closely with the warehouse and supervisor or lead on instructions per customer
