Use digital tools to log work orders, track progress, and communicate findings.
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Proven expertise in maintenance trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Reliability and integrity: punctual, honest, committed to quality.
Digital literacy: comfortable using a smartphone for work order management.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Own iPhone and basic hand tools; company provides tool allowance, power tools, and specialty equipment.
