Best High Technologies LLC (BHT)
Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Best High Technologies LLC (BHT)
Urgent opening for PCB design engineer…!
In electronics, great designs start with great libraries — and we’re looking for someone who can build and protect that foundation. As our
PCB design engineer , you’ll lead the creation, governance, and optimization of the component libraries that drive our products from concept to manufacturing.
Why This Role Matters Your work will directly influence our design efficiency, product quality, and time-to-market. You won’t just maintain libraries — you’ll set the standards, automate the processes, and guide the engineering team toward PCB design excellence.
What You’ll Do
Create, maintain & manage electronic component library databases used in printed circuit board (PCB) design.
Prepare schematic symbols, PCB footprints and 3D models per IPC standards and using company checklists.
Implement and enforce library processes, naming conventions, and revision controls.
Ensure that these libraries are accurate, up-to-date and compatible with various design tools and manufacturing processes.
Review and verify the accuracy of component libraries, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Execute schedules for part creation requests for the electronics library.
Resolve library issues as they arise.
Experience with designing complex IC packages like BGA, CSP, WLCSP, etc.
Administer CAD libraries and integrate them with PLM/PDM systems.
Good understanding of DFA, DFM, and DFT practices.
Work closely with schematic and PCB designers.
Familiarity with mechanical drawings.
Mentor designers and ensure consistent use of libraries across the company.
Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, industry standards and regulations (IPC, RoHS, JEDEC, REACH, UL).
Knowledge of various soldering processes — e.g. wave soldering, SMT reflow soldering.
Experience in IEEE standards for schematic symbol creation, PCB library creation as per IPC SM-7351B [3‑Tier CAD library system].
Work closely with design, procurement and manufacturing engineers to ensure compliance with DFA, DFM and DFT practices.
What You Bring
7 years of PCB library management or PCB design experience in Altium and Cadence software.
Strong background in electronics, component data management and attention to detail, often supported by an associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills.
Thanks & Regards,
