Full-Time MA-Level Therapist (Pre-Licensed) Manchester, NH | 32 hours/week | In-Person or Hybrid
Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC is expanding and seeking a Full‑Time, MA‑level Pre‑Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our collaborative and heart‑centered team at our Manchester office. The role is available immediately and offers a flexible in‑person or hybrid schedule, with at least one evening per week required.

Our clinicians work within a supportive, team‑based environment that blends evidence‑based therapy with holistic and alternative healing modalities. In addition to outpatient therapy, we offer local and international wellness retreats, creating meaningful opportunities for professional growth and creative clinical work.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual (and potentially couples) therapy to adults
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
Integrate (or learn to integrate) trauma‑informed and holistic approaches
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development
Who We’re Looking For
MA‑level, pre‑licensed clinician (LCMHC or LICSW track preferred)
Interested in or experienced with trauma‑informed care
Open to working with adults and couples
Curious about integrative and alternative healing modalities
Clinically strong, tech‑comfortable, and eager to grow
Collaborative, creative, and aligned with a values‑driven practice
Experience or openness to modalities such as Ketamine‑Assisted Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Hypnosis, Expressive Arts, Yoga, Reiki, Mindfulness, or Somatic approaches is highly valued

Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients
Develop personalized treatment plans
Administer customized therapy treatments incorporating a mix of traditional and alternative healing methods to support clients in achieving treatment goals
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Stay current on best practices and evidence‑based interventions in mental health counseling to enhance client outcomes
Complete documentation within 48 hours of service
Provide crisis intervention support when necessary
Participate in off‑site retreats, workshops, and groups if desired
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related mental health degree required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy skills
Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
Ability to work with diverse populations in a compassionate and empathetic manner
Maintaining your own Psychology Today profile
Own laptop and cell phone
Compensation Starts as FFS (until productivity requirement is met), then changes to salary. Compensation is $60,000 per year.
