We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services for long-term care facilities across multiple Midwestern states, with immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) with an interest in geriatric behavioral health.
Position Details
Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for nursing home residents. Conduct individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling for work‑life balance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity of services. Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and documentation requirements. This is a day‑time, flexible position in Lansing, MI, with options for full‑ or part‑time work. Benefits
