We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600+ long-term care facilities across multiple states, with immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health.
This *Part-Time* role is based in Battle Creek, MI, and involves providing direct psycho-social assessments, diagnosis, and treatment—including individual, group, and family therapies—to nursing home residents. Clinicians will see 10-15 patients daily with flexibility to adjust schedules for work-life balance.
Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LMSW license, and 1-2 years of experience. Preferred experience includes mental health services in healthcare settings, especially nursing homes, and familiarity with Medicare standards. Strong communication skills and technology proficiency are essential.
The position offers daytime hours (M‑F), clinical autonomy, support from a dedicated practice manager, electronic charting, and competitive pay ($35‑$37/hour) with benefits such as 401(k), flexible schedule, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.
