The Therapist provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning and case management, crisis intervention, and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

Qualifications
Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or a related field required; licensure preferred.
Experience : Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental‑health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
Licensure/Certification : TN LCSW, LPC, LP preferred.
Knowledge : Prefer knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age‑specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, and family therapy theory and practice.
Flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations, including adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient and partial hospital setting.
