Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hackensack, NJ. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with expeditors and inspectors, supervising logistics and operations, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and compiling detailed project status reports.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee all phases of project execution efficiently

Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely project progression

Skills in Inspection and adherence to quality standards throughout project execution

Expertise in Logistics Management to ensure smooth delivery of materials and resources

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities

Familiarity with construction technology and project management tools

Previous experience in construction or a related industry is highly regarded

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
