The Construction Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, from planning and subcontractor coordination to client communication and on‑site supervision. Manage all phases of MEP construction, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Supervise field activities, focusing on HVAC, electrical, and controls system upgrades for retrofit and modernization projects.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to align project execution with technical specifications.
Uphold safety and quality standards, fostering proactive problem‑solving on‑site.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing MEP or HVAC projects within construction or energy retrofit settings.
Strong understanding of building systems, mechanical/electrical coordination, and energy performance.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multi‑stakeholder projects.
Preferred: PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED certification.
Comfortable in fast‑paced, collaborative environments with a hands‑on leadership style.
