Maintenance Supervisor
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Leadership & Reliability
Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Manage emergency equipment breakdowns and coordinate prompt resolution while minimizing downtime. Champion reliability initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Optimization
Build, refine, and execute preventive maintenance programs aligned with best‑in‑class manufacturing practices. Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems. Assist in equipment design changes, layout refinements, and operational improvements to support production needs. Systems, Reporting & Compliance
Utilize CMMS tools to track maintenance activities, schedule work, and manage spare‑parts inventory. Prepare maintenance reports, asset inventories, and documentation for audits or operational reporting. Support budget planning and cost‑control efforts for the maintenance function. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to ensure strong communication flow and alignment. Support continuous improvement events (e.g., kaizen) and drive waste‑reduction initiatives. Contribute to process improvements that enhance equipment reliability and operational performance. Qualifications and Skills
Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Experience working with extruders, mills, or similar industrial machinery. Powder coating environment experience. CMMS experience. Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting ability. Background in industrial equipment maintenance, automation, PLC fundamentals, or reliability processes. Familiarity with maintenance best practices, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance strategies. Exposure to ISO, lean manufacturing, TPM, or reliability‑centered maintenance methodologies. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation Range:
$85,000-$105,000 Benefits Offered:
