Salary Range $85,000 – $105,000 annually
Overview LHH is partnering with a manufacturing organization to identify a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and people leadership within a production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of plant equipment while leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Health & Safety
Participate in health and safety committee meetings in a consulting capacity
Support accident investigations and corrective actions
Ensure maintenance operations meet all EH&S and OSHA requirements
Preventive & Equipment Maintenance
Develop, implement, and maintain a preventive maintenance system aligned with corporate reliability standards
Participate in the preparation and execution of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plan
Coordinate and perform ongoing equipment repairs and emergency breakdown response
Provide engineering and maintenance support to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
Own the development and design of new machinery, ensuring UL and applicable safety compliance
Create and maintain accurate factory floor layouts and documentation
Support Services
Manage spare parts and MRO inventory
Assist with TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
Support troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment across operations
Lead focused improvement (kata) and kaizen events
Drive waste (Muda) reduction initiatives
Interview, onboard, coach, and develop maintenance team members
Manage performance, recognition, and employee relations
Conduct and participate in regular staff meetings
Ensure a safe, healthy, and productive work environment
Provide clear, timely communication
Administrative & Systems
Maintain maintenance reporting and documentation
Conduct asset and spare parts inventories
Serve as SAP Key/Master User for maintenance activities
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system requirements
Working Conditions
Standard hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
Availability for occasional weekends and on-call emergencies
Factory/manufacturing environment with production equipment
Travel required to other facilities in the U.S. and Mexico
Qualifications Education
Technical degree in a related field (Engineering preferred with electromechanical experience)
Additional coursework in regulatory requirements preferred
HVAC, electrical, plumbing licensure or competency considered an asset
Lean manufacturing training preferred
Experience
10+ years of manufacturing-related experience
3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong PLC and electrical competency required
Experience in ISO or comparable quality systems
Multi-cultural work experience preferred
Technical Skills
Preventive maintenance systems and methodologies
Electrical, plumbing, PLC, and HVAC expertise
General equipment knowledge (extruders, mills, mixers preferred)
Siemens or equivalent PLC programming
AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools
SAP experience preferred
Language
English (read, write, speak) required
Spanish preferred
