Working with Senior Management and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Project Manager oversees construction work and coordinates all project segments with the team. The Project Manager assists in creating and reviewing project documents, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure compliance with budget and schedule requirements. They monitor and maintain compliance with guidelines, policies, and internal controls and collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent, Project Foreman, and customers. The role requires regular on‑site presence. Responsibilities

Assist in the development of contract documents, review, and execution; prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal contracts teams. Create and monitor schedule of values (SOV) for each project; manage retainage. Maintain accounts receivables, ensuring timely collections. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field employees; build strong customer relationships. Preplan safety for each task; “plan the job for safety.” Obtain all necessary permits. Accurately estimate and price change orders to maximize profitability. Assist clients in proposals for unseen or altered conditions; monitor change order work. Conduct continuous cost evaluation and control; provide monthly “cost to complete” updates for the Branch Manager. Track timelines and brief subcontractors and the project team. Supervise project deployment to achieve quality and timeliness. Coordinate with the Branch Superintendent and Project Foreman to meet production requirements. Document and communicate any project change orders. Assist in procurement of project materials. Review finish samples, mockups, schedules, shop drawings, fabrication tickets, layout drawings, surveys, and other reports to ensure accuracy. Establish work plans and recruit or assign personnel through the Project Superintendent. Maintain a master CPM schedule shared with Western, subcontractors, and the client. Provide 2/3‑week look‑aheads to clients. Resolve technical issues; give advice to project personnel. Ensure product design complies with engineering principles, company standards, and contract specifications. Close out projects properly, including attic stock and other contract requirements. Requirements

10+ years of experience; masonry and/or concrete restoration experience is a plus. Experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, masonry repair, and/or historic restoration is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project). Experience or ability to use PROCORE software or equivalent is essential. Ability to work closely with in‑house Sales/Project Managers on bids and proposals. Strong leadership and project management skills. Effective communication skills. OSHA‑30 certification and First Aid/CPR certification. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Compensation for this role is determined by experience, skills, internal equity, market benchmarks, and labor cost by location. In addition to base pay, this position may include a performance‑based bonus program. Benefits
