Job Title: Refrigeration Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our food manufacturing lines. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep our production equipment in top condition.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on food manufacturing equipment.

Repair and adjust production equipment using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.

Ensure the smooth operation of production lines by addressing any mechanical issues.

Collaborate with a team of technicians to maintain equipment efficiency.

Essential Skills

3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.

Proficiency in mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

Ability to utilize hand tools effectively, including wrenches and screwdrivers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.

Work Environment Work within a team of 12 maintenance technicians in a plant housing over 100 production workers. The role requires steel‑toed shoes and offers flexible start times, either 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. for the first shift and 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. for the second shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday with the expectation of working 2‑3 Saturdays per month.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $66,560.00 – $81,120.00/yr.
