This role in summary We are currently hiring 1st and 2nd shift Assembly Production Operators for our Cleveland, TN facility. Starting pay is $19.40 per hour. After 90 days pay increases to $19.90 per hour. (2nd shift pays an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd shift).

Must have six months manufacturing experience to be considered; Please attach a resume to be considered for open positions.

We are looking for Assembly Production Operators to:

Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation

Assemble and install parts by hand or using air tools

Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.

Your responsibilities will include

Participate in training to learn how to follow standard operating procedures (SOP)

Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality-focused manner

Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment

Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish.

Minimum requirements

Must have a high school diploma or a GED

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Minimum of six months of manufacturing experience

Must be able to communicate and receive communications regarding safety components and job instruction

Preferred skills and experiences

Two years of manufacturing work

Two years of consistent work experience
