About the Role This field‑based role requires regular travel throughout New York State. Candidates should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of a Wren showroom.

Compensation

Base salary: $59,100 – $65,600 per year

Monthly performance‑based bonus

Company vehicle provided

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the quality and timeliness of kitchen installations to uphold Wren’s high standards.

Support and collaborate with the central Installation Coordinator team to ensure fit timelines are met.

Proactively and reactively resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Conduct regular site visits to active installations to assess installer workmanship and quality.

Manage the customer journey in partnership with an Installation Coordinator.

Monitor and control installation‑related costs within your assigned territory while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Work closely with manufacturing and distribution teams to report issues and contribute to continuous product and process improvements.

Assist the Director’s Office, Customer Care, and Managing Director with technical assessments and the resolution of regional customer issues.

Lead and manage installation teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality results across your territory.

About You

Proven experience in a customer‑facing, coordination‑focused role.

Prior experience in installations, field operations, or service management preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple installations at varying stages.

Demonstrated success in resolving complex customer issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Industry experience in kitchens or a related field is desirable, though strong candidates from other industries will be considered.

Additional Requirements

40‑hour work week across 7 days, including availability for evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Willingness to travel for training, professional development, and ongoing team collaboration.
