We are seeking a Senior Associate, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities

Advise and support clients in end‑to‑end eDiscovery work streams focusing on review analytics such as active learning and TAR workflows; advise on best practices, processes, and procedures for processing, culling robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal, Relativity, and migration of ESI into Relativity.

Provide presentations, demonstrations, and training of KPMG’s products and services to prospective clients; offer recommendations for effective project management, implement appropriate workflow, respond to RFPs, and generate budget estimates.

Develop proficiency and utilize various tools for collection, data processing, hosting, and production during eDiscovery project life cycles.

Maintain regular contact with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and report project progress internally and externally.

Consult with clients on document review and production workflows using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools/solutions.

Coordinate interdepartmental resources to ensure completion of projects on schedule and identify process and quality improvements, including post‑project analysis.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three years recent experience working on evidence discovery management processes.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, Reveal BrainSpace.

Basic and/or advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/RelativityOne, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python, storage and infrastructure management, and other eDiscovery platforms/tools.

Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with large‑scale document review and production.

Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management; experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools; exceptional client service and follow‑up skills.

Ability to travel as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship.
