DolarApp . DolarApp is looking for 2x Talent Acquisition professionals to build a world‑class Compliance and Operations function. You will work hand in hand with the founders and the rest of the TA team to execute roles, improve the Recruitment function, and attract, hire, and retain the world’s best talent. This is a critical role with global reach and an opportunity to build something amazing from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Hire A‑players: work with the co‑founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent, and create hiring playbooks.
Act like a founder: go beyond scope and priorities, embrace freedom and ownership, and be willing to get hands dirty.
Build Recruitment KPIs, monitor data, and make informed hiring decisions.
Scale the Talent team by hiring other recruiters as the business grows.
Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs in collaboration with the other Talent Lead.
Qualifications
Proven track record building Operations/Growth/Compliance hiring efforts for a hyper‑growth technology startup (valuation >$1 billion). Experience hiring for Europe and LatAm.
Excellent sourcing toolkit; preference for agency or sourcer background; reach out to passive talent.
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders and candidates.
High EQ, ability to understand candidate motivations, assess cultural fit, and sell DolarApp’s mission.
Excellent organization; manage candidate funnel with detail and due diligence.
Resourceful; leverage LinkedIn and current team network to source candidates.
Team player with a relentless drive and proven closer track record.
