DolarApp is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition professional to help us build world‑class Engineering and Data functions. You will be working hand in hand with the founders and the rest of the TA team to not only execute on roles, but also to improve the Recruitment function and allow us to attract, hire, and retain the world’s best talent. This is a critical role with a global reach, and plenty of opportunity to make waves and build something amazing from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Hire A‑players: work with the co‑founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks.
Act like a founder: go beyond the scope of work and priorities; freedom, ownership, and a willingness to get hands dirty are part of our DNA.
Put together the best: own the construction of Recruitment KPIs, closely monitor data, and make informed decisions about how and whom we need to hire.
Build the Talent team: later, hire recruiters to work with you as the business scales.
Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs: collaborate with the other Talent Lead to execute the hiring plan and implement scalable programs that support future growth.
What You’ll Need
Proven track record hiring R&D for a hyper‑growth tech startup (+$1B valuation) across Europe and/or LATAM.
Excellent sourcing toolkit – we rely on proactive outreach to passive talent (agency or sourcer background preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
High EQ; understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. Sell the DolarApp mission and provide a world‑class experience throughout the process.
Excellent organisational skills; manage the candidate funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence.
Resourcefulness; leverage LinkedIn and the current team’s network to source potential candidates.
Ability to work well as part of a team, relentless drive, and a track record as a proven closer.
