Technical Recruiter New Mexico (Hybrid – Remote Available) Full-Time | Non-Exempt $30–$34/hour + Commission COMPA Industries, Inc.
is seeking an experienced
Technical Recruiter
to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across technical and engineering roles. This hybrid position offers remote flexibility with occasional onsite support at our Los Alamos, NM office. What You’ll Do Recruiting & Sourcing Source, screen, and recruit technical talent using job boards, networking, cold outreach, and recruiting events Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical skills and role fit Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle Hiring Manager & Client Support Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Review and help refine job descriptions and role requirements Provide guidance on compensation discussions and candidate selection Marketing & Outreach Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms Leverage social media and professional networks to build talent pipelines Participate in job fairs, industry events, and virtual recruiting sessions Reporting & Administration Track recruiting activity, KPIs, and service metrics Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in ATS Support compliance, reporting, and internal recruiting processes ✅ Required Qualifications 2–4 years of recruiting or staffing experience Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and collaboratively ⭐ Desired Skills & Tools Experience using

$30–$34/hour + recruitment commission Health Insurance:
