Technical Recruiter COMPA Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across technical and engineering roles. This hybrid position offers remote flexibility with occasional onsite support at our Los Alamos, NM office. Base pay range $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr Additional compensation: Commission What You'll Do Source, screen, and recruit technical talent using job boards, networking, cold outreach, and recruiting events Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical skills and role fit Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Review and help refine job descriptions and role requirements Provide guidance on compensation discussions and candidate selection Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms Leverage social media and professional networks to build talent pipelines Participate in job fairs, industry events, and virtual recruiting sessions Reporting & Administration Track recruiting activity, KPIs, and service metrics Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in ATS Support compliance, reporting, and internal recruiting processes Required Qualifications 2–4 years of recruiting or staffing experience Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Hands‑on experience posting and sourcing through Indeed and ZipRecruiter Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or specialized roles Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and candidate pipeline development skills Background check and drug screening required Benefits Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision (eligible first of month following hire) 401(k): 100% company match up to 4% Life Insurance: $50,000 + AD&D Additional voluntary benefits available Hybrid role with occasional onsite work in Los Alamos, NM Apply directly on LinkedIn or message us to learn more about joining COMPA Industries’ recruiting team.
