Job Responsibilities

Conduct in-person UI eligibility assessments on a rotating schedule as defined by the RESEA program.

Review work search activities, provide orientation to one-stop center services, make job referrals, create IEPs, and assist in resume creation.

Conduct system-generated and RESEA-related UI eligibility reviews, identify and adjudicate issues on claims.

Refer qualified RESEA applicants to jobs through SC Works, ensuring accuracy and suitability of referrals.

Utilize SCUBI, SCWOS, SUITS, Salesforce, Manage Engine, and other workforce programs to serve RESEA participants.

Minimum and Additional Requirements Education and Experience

A High School Diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to Unemployment Insurance and the administration of the RESEA Program. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, and in written and oral forms.
