Responsibilities
Process referrals and schedule patient appointments
Complete patient intake process, including data entry
Perform insurance verification, pre‑authorization, and review benefits with patients
Collect copays and perform daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits
Manage front office operations at outpatient centers
Support therapists and therapy assistants
Travel to multiple clinics as needed
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and callers
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Organized, adaptable, able to work well with others or independently
Travel to other locations required
Preferred Experience
Customer service experience
Knowledge of insurance verification
Experience in healthcare, medical, or dental office administration
