IT Service Desk Technician – Associate-Level Opportunity
W2 Contract onsite in Knoxville, TN location. Candidates must be able to work M-F onsite.

IT Service Desk Technician Responsibilities
Support a Windows environment, including Office 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
Set up workstations and PCs, including configuration and software installation
Image and configure Windows 10 devices
Responsible for the management of network devices, VoIP, Active Directory accounts, Exchange email, and a variety of other applications
Troubleshoot technical issues for end users remotely and provide hands‑on support
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
Software configuration and updates
Support peripherals, including printer networking
Network connectivity support
IT Service Desk Technician Requirements
Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred
Experience with Active Directory, O365, and Windows OS
Must be able to communicate effectively with end users and other team members
Firm understanding of DNS and DHCP
CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Operating Systems Certification preferred
