Position Overview Due to our current expansion and growth we are seeking a Sales & Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth while overseeing and contributing to recruitment delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining client acquisition, account management, and recruitment activity, with responsibility for managing performance, processes, and team development.

The role suits an experienced recruitment professional with a strong sales mindset who can balance revenue generation with high‑quality talent delivery.

Responsibilities Business Development & Sales

Proactively identify, target, and win new client opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to placement

Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

Upsell and cross‑sell recruitment solutions to existing clients

Recruitment Delivery

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes when required (360 capacity)

Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement

Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process

Maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to client needs

Support consultants with complex or senior‑level roles

Lead, coach, and motivate recruitment and/or sales consultants

Set individual and team KPIs aligned with business objectives

Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and training

Support onboarding and development of new team members

Client & Account Management

Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients

Ensure service excellence and long‑term client retention

Conduct client meetings, reviews, and workforce planning discussions

Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Operational & Strategic Contribution

Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives

Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting

Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and internal processes

Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in agency recruitment

Demonstrated success in business development and sales

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment)

Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and placement targets

Experience managing and growing client accounts

Exposure to mentoring or supervising consultants (formal or informal)

Experience across permanent and/or contract recruitment

Skills

Strong new business development and lead generation skills

Excellent negotiation and closing ability

Commercial awareness and market insight

Ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills

Recruitment Skills

Expert knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice

Advanced candidate sourcing and assessment techniques

Ability to manage complex or senior‑level vacancies

Strong understanding of compliance and employment legislation

Ability to balance speed, quality, and client expectations
