Position Investment Services Professional
Type Contract
Compensation $80–$120/hour
Duration 1–2 months
Commitment 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Calibrate AI decision‑making processes in tasks such as valuation modeling, portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
Collaborate with AI research teams to refine system outputs and improve decision‑making accuracy.
Develop evaluation rubrics for assessing AI‑generated financial tasks and solutions.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications Must‑Have
2+ years of experience in investment services, ideally in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
Strong proficiency in investment analysis and financial modeling techniques, including valuation and market analysis.
Solid understanding of investment processes and strategic decision‑making frameworks.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
Preferred
Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CAIA).
