Equity Research Analyst

Commitment:
10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review and validate AI-generated equity research reports and commentary.
Draft benchmarking questions that reflect real-world equity research scenarios.
Provide structured feedback on outputs related to valuation, earnings analysis, and market positioning.
Simulate the processes used by analysts to generate insights on public companies.
Qualifications Must-Have
3+ years of experience as a sell-side or buy-side equity research analyst.
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and earnings forecasting.
Strong writing skills with experience producing analyst reports and investment theses.
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline (CFA preferred).
Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ.
